Sorry I haven't been around lately. I was in NY doing some Surf's Up promo stuffs. I did get a chance to do some sketching so I'll post those when work slows down.

AND where the hell is Mr. Buncakes???? Should he post a report of how his move went????

Star Whores

So I went to the Star Wars exibit at the California Science Center this past Sunday. It was cool to see all of the props and costumes from the movies, like the full-sized and and miniature model of Luke's landspeeder (Obi Wan has no legs!!!)



and the HUGE Millenium Falcon and x-wing. Geektopia for sure. I was shooting some digital pics when I remembered reading somewhere that when they built the Rebel Blockade Runner the modelers put a special surprise in the cockpit. So I bent down and snapped this shot and guess what I saw....




There's a joke here somewhere. Any suggestions?

It was a fun exhibit and I highly reccomend it. Just plan for long lines. The funny thing was that there were more adults than children! I had Comic Con flashbacks!!
