Nice grotesquery. A worthy addition to the new sketchbook.
Which, I might add, you'll be able to sell at the TAG table this year. Pending the word from the Con org. I've sent in the paperwork and a check. And a copy of IdleHands to show an example of what we would sell.
Hopefully this will be enough to get us a slot. It will be a great way to get together and hang out. We'll have to have some sort of accounting book that keeps track of individual sells.
Mainly, for TAG sellers, think about having a tight package of IP product plus contact info so Speilberg's people will know how to get in touch for your pitch later.
"Me and My Cretins".... Isn't that a Cole Porter song? ;)
Merry Christmas right back at you!
Sounds good Ellis? How much do we owe you? I guess we should have a full accounting of the people who are chipping in so that we have a one time payout. As I recall, Ellis, Jeff, Dok, Tom C. and I are planning on doing it... if there are other takers, now is the time to speak up. If Marty is working on comics perhaps he would be a be particularly interested in joining up.
We'll get a count and have a divvy on the fee later. It will cost 350 bucks IF they take the check. That's still unknown. There may be an over abundance of fine indy product already submitted they are sorting through and prioritizing that will make my little sketchbook sample seem paltry and unsuitable as a space waster.
My worry is getting ahead of myself as far as time I can take off during who knows where a game might be in development. I think I'll officially slot the time as vacation to make sure I can be there from start to finish. With any luck, the cat will die before then so I don't have to worry about being gone for a week. Kidding. I'll just leave a big sack of dry food open and clean the toilet.
