I wouldn't call it overworked either. Very Ralph Steadmanesque. The texture looks like whorls of something stamped into the drawing. Ver cool. The 3d on the nose is nice coming towardd you out of the rest of the face
Interesting expression. I like the variety of stokes and textures.
It's amazing what fun you can have with an electric eraser ... am I the only one who uses one? ...
