I just roughed it out with a red prismacolor and went over it with an 6b pencil. Saw an artist I like doing it , so I thought I try it. Even after by brain shut down after 3am I kept sketching. Just experimenting.
Well it really seems to add something to your sketch. Don't think I could stay up that late but I'll have to find my pencils and try sketching something.

Change you canvas size and give yourself some whites pace on the sides.
