Yes, these things are my little personal side projects. I work on them in the morning hours before work and some on the weekends. Maybe it will turn into a book someday, but at this point I'm not thinking about the commercial possibilities so much as about building a private little universe that runs by its own quirky rules. Then we'll see where it leads.
Tom that was an incredible fable! Classic literature for sure. Do about ten more of thoose and you've got a best seller that kids will be talking about blowing their 10 year old minds
Thanks Ellis. I like your choice of words in referring to it as a "fable". Remember "Fractured Fairy Tales" and "Aesop and Son" cartoons? I always liked those. And more recently, I admire Spiegelman's "Little Lit" books, if you're familiar with those.
Next week I'm on vacation in Yosemite, so I thought I'd sneak these in before I left.
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting them. I want to have a close look when I get home

AMAZING! FUN! So you just do these on the side? or are you working toward a book??
